Editorial
Many a visitor may ask why we are adding a further website to the countless already existing offers on the topic “photography”. The simple reason is that to our knowledge some essential issues are not satisfactory discussed by the existing offers, as well as up till now nobody has dared to draw appropriate consequences for his photographic every day life.
In the beginning the only purpose of this site should be to supply the public with information about what we consider as GENUINE PHOTOGRAPHs (check about us to learn more). But in preparation of the site we realized that there are other aspects of the topic that deserve further discussion as well, so we decided to open our platform to related issues of creating GENUINE PHOTOGRAPHs. We will in future publish articles which we consider as important or just interesting as far as they are related to the name of this site. Some of which may be controversial. So we stress the fact that the only part of this website which represents the opinion of the editors is the page about us and (their translations of cause). All other articles represent the opinions of their respective authors only. In any way we are looking forward to some instructive and exciting discussions. We will start with an article by Maris Rusis on the misleading term “print” concerning the traditional process in creating photographs.
